We’re making key foundational updates, from systems to structure, and setting the stage for what’s to come. It’s still early, but progress is moving steadily behind the scenes, including some important upgrades that will make a huge difference later on.

Week 4

The upstairs drywall is almost fully done, giving the space a fresh new feel. The new insulation is now in place, setting us up for better energy efficiency and comfort. And the big win, the sewer line replacement is officially complete!

We’re getting close to the finishing touches on this beautiful home. All the sheetrock is up, layout updates are complete, and it’s shaping up perfectly.

Week 6

The new HVAC and furnace are fully installed for ideal heating and cooling, and a fresh coat of primer is on the walls, creating a clean slate for the next phase. We're now moving on to the final stages of this project: finishing paint, new flooring, cabinets, and fixtures.

This week is all about big progress. We're so excited to be getting the flooring done, and the holes are already cut for our new light fixtures.

Big progress this week! The flooring is nearly finished, electrical and lighting are all set, kitchen cabinets and counters are almost done, and the vintage-style trim is in place and stained. On track to wrap things up in the next week or two! Stay tuned!

Fresh photos are coming in! The downstairs bathroom tile is officially done and the upstairs bathroom is almost complete. We’re down to the finishing touches and expect to wrap everything up in about a week. Can’t wait to show the final look!

The front porch, garage floor, and sidewalk have all been completely redone, the interior’s nearly finished, and the exterior’s looking fresh and newly seeded Just a small punch list left before this beauty hits the rental market!
